Become part of the team

A crucial part of the JCI European Academy is the team behind. Every year 20+ JCI members from all over Europe volunteer to be part of the team and the academy to develop themselves and to provide an amazing experience to the delegates.

As a team member you will need to be able to do the following:

  • Participate in online preparation meetings 1-2 times a month from January and onwards
  • Be able to come to Sweden for Pre-academy preparations from July 28th
  • Be able to participate in the European Academy 2026 from July 31st – August 4th

You can join the team as a member of either the COC or the trainer team:

The COC team

The COC plans and organises the JCI European Academy and is responsible for determining the procedure and schedule of the JCI European Academy, sponsorship management, PR/marketing, recruiting delegates, budgeting, arranging accommodation and food, and coordination with the trainer team and much more.

The Trainer team

The Academy Trainer team is responsible for preparing the training program, fine tuning the content of the trainings and train the delegates.
